Born August 12, 1972 in Hazard, KY, Gayheart moved to New York at the age of 15 following a summer modeling job in the city. She studied acting at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Studio, and during her education there, she landed her first role, on the NBC soap opera Loving.

Career:

In her first film role, Gayheart appeared in Brett Ratner's New York University (NYU) short film Whatever Happened to Mason Reese? (1990) starring Mason Reese. She also appeared in the Ratner-directed music video "Nuttin' But Love" performed by Heavy D and the Boyz.

Gayheart's break into the television industry was a series of television commercials for Noxzema in the early 1990s, earning her the moniker "The Noxzema Girl".

Personal life:

For a time, Gayheart was engaged to director Brett Ratner citation needed. She and actor Eric Dane were married on October 29, 2004. Gayheart and Dane had their first child, a daughter, Billie Beatrice Dane, on March 3, 2010. On July 8, 2011 the couple announced that they are expecting their second child,

Film Star Rami Reddy passes away

Film actor Rami Reddy, known for playing the role of a villain in Telugu and Hindi films, passed away in Hyderabad on Thursday. Rami Reddy became popular with his role in Ankusam. He acted in as many as 250 films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam and Bhojpuri. The final rites would be carried out at Punjagutta crematorium in Hyderabad Thursday evening. Reddy, who was undergoing treatment for the past couple of weeks, died at a private hospital in Secunderabad at around 11 a.m. on Thursday morning. He is survived by two daughters and a son. The final rites would be conducted at Punjagutta crematorium here this evening.
