US Open champion Rory McIlroy has been romantically linked with tennis world No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki after splitting with childhood sweetheart Holly Sweeney. Caroline and Rory were sitting next to each other and later they were seen hugging. There is photo proof as well and it looks like they are dating. A statement released by McIlroy's management company confirmed that the 22-year-old had split with his long-time girlfriend Sweeney on the eve of the Open Championship at Sandwich. "Rory McIlroy's long-time relationship with Sweeney came to an amicable end before the Open Championship," International Sports Management confirmed. Caroline turned 21 on July 11 and Rory wished her a happy birthday on Twitter. Caroline is confident and direct and she kind of invited herself for a drink with him.
