Anti-corruption campaigner Anna Hazare has accepted 20 out of the 22 terms set by Delhi Police for allowing his fast here from Aug 16, said his team member Kiran Bedi Saturday, blaming the government for the curbs.The social activist could not make it to the venue due to some health issues. Anna, however, made up for his absence by addressing the gathering through his mobile phone. Dr Kiran Bedi and Swami Agnivesh were also present in the gathering. The villagers have been protesting against lowest compensation rates in the district, despite it bordering Gurgaon.The farmers complain that while their land, which was acquired a year ago, fetched them a mere compensation of Rs 16 lakh per acre, the revised land rates award compensation of Rs 55 lakh per acre in the neighbouring Jakhopur village in the Gurgaon district.
