Large explosions have rocked the capital of Norway around 3pm today. They are assumed to be terrorist attacks, though no group has yet claimed responsibility. The reports are firm enough now to suggest that there has been a second attack in Norway, a shooting at a youth camp of the ruling Labour Party. Details remain sketchy.
