The new Moreno Valley location of Panera Bread will have a VIP Grand Opening Tuesday. The event will have Richard Stewart, Moreno Valley Mayor, perform the "breaking of the baguette" ceremony. Helping with breaking the three foot baguette will be Make-a-Wish Foundation child, Gracie.
