Vivek Oberoi avoids Charmme

Bollywood Star Vivek Oberoi didn't want to team up with Bbuddah girl Charmme in her second Bollywood film Zilla Ghaziabad which CT had reported. While Charmme denied the rumour that Vivek Oberoi had asked for her ouster from the film, our sources stated that he definitely wanted a different heroine.

When we contacted Charmme, she said, "I was always doing the movie. At no point was I not doing the film. The only reason why it took so long because I took time to read the script. The whole controversy was media-generated."

Vivek Oberoi claims that the character, Satbir is not a ‘commercial gangster’: “He was more of a hero than a baddie. From being a guy who ran a free primary school to educate kids in his village to change the future of his zila (village), he was pushed to a point that he decided to pick up a gun and clean up the mess himself.”

Vivek’s co-star Sanjay Dutt essays the character of Thakur Pritam Singh, a zamindar-turned-cop who was famous as the badshah of Bulandshah, while Arshad Warsi’s role is modeled around the real-life outlaw, Mahender Fauji. The duo has already started shooting for the film in Wai, but Vivek will only join the cast this week.

The south actress,Charmme, is currently in Mumbai and will start shooting in two days with Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal and Vivek Oberoi. "There's no bad blood between Vivek and me, we are cool," she signs off. Well, looks like Charmme has won this round over Vivek!

Salman khan compered to Madhuri

Image via Wikipedia Salman Khan, star of 2010 Bollywood box office champ Dabangg has decided to go for the gold again. Before Dabangg, Salman had a long dry spell (in Bollywood terms, anyway), but with that film he was able to take his tough guy/bad boy image and turn it to his advantage with the role of corrupt police officer Chulbul Pandey.  A south Indian style good guy with a bad attitude.  Chulbul fought the rowdies and dispatched them in proper filmi style. Salman Khan is full of praises for his co-star Asin. With their upcoming film “Ready” all set for release, Salman has gone a step further and compared Asin to Madhuri Dixit. The Dabangg actor said, “It’s a family entertainer, and there’s everything good about the movie, including an ideal woman just like Madhuri in Hum Aapke Hain Kaun. In ‘Ready’ it’s Asin.” On being compared to a diva, Asin stated “Madhuri remains unmatched. If I could be even five per cent of her, I would’ve achieved much.” The actre...
