teacher 's sexual relationship with the 17 girl

Oswego the  High School language arts teacher, was found in tens  Thursday on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and there is report that he competed sexual relationship with a 17-year-old young girl  student ,as will dating back to March 2009.

Dale Fry, 56, of Woodridge, will face sentencing on all three counts Sept. 2 before 16th Circuit Court Judge John A. Barsanti, who found Fry guilty after a two-day bench discussion trial this week. Fry was denied on this then bond and immediately taken into custody by Kendall County Sheriff's deputies.a student'' prosecutors'' said .teacher kissed and fondled the girl’s breasts,and after few days  again on school grounds, in May 2009, the student said -name - Pencyla-and more pencyla said that ,

On Sept. 10, 2009, Fry forced the girl to perform a sex act after school in his classroom, A school custodian walked in during the incident and said she witnessed Fry tucking in his shirt and buttoning his pants.and they were in sexul mood as will highly ,

Fry told the custodian he and the girl had been placing items on a high shelf in the classroom and his shirt tail had become untucked.and pencyla also said that i have seen
 700 text messages between Fry and the victim as evidence of an inappropriate relationship.

this case came in front of eyes of very one when that girl put  allegations of the abuse in February 2010, and Oswego police collaborated with Oswego Community Unit School District 308 and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services on the investigation.

Fry was immediatley placed on leave after the allegations surfaced and resigned shortly thereafter, according to Oswego police.

Film Star Rami Reddy passes away

Film actor Rami Reddy, known for playing the role of a villain in Telugu and Hindi films, passed away in Hyderabad on Thursday. Rami Reddy became popular with his role in Ankusam. He acted in as many as 250 films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam and Bhojpuri. The final rites would be carried out at Punjagutta crematorium in Hyderabad Thursday evening. Reddy, who was undergoing treatment for the past couple of weeks, died at a private hospital in Secunderabad at around 11 a.m. on Thursday morning. He is survived by two daughters and a son. The final rites would be conducted at Punjagutta crematorium here this evening. Hailing from Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, Reddy started his career as a journalist before entering the film industry. Rami Reddy became popular with his role in Ankusam.
